Linda Hem created her practice after her experience as Lead Attorney with a local law firm representing various clients in and around the North Texas Region. Her time as a trial attorney and good standing in the legal community have helped to establish a budding law firm even in these troubled economic times.  Ms. Hem's clients know that her professionalism and veracity have made the legal process easier when dealing with their cases.  It is thanks to her relationship with clients that Ms. Hem continues to receive repeat and referral clients to this day. Ms. Hem attended the University of Dallas as a Partners in Excellence Scholar and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Further studies led Ms. Hem to complete her education at the University of Tulsa College of Law. While completing her law degree, Ms. Hem was a member of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law, Board of Advocates, American Trial Lawyers Association Team, American Association of Justice, and American Bar Association. 

Ms. Hem successfully competed in many law school competitions, including the Hager Torts Appellate Competition, ABA Negotiation Nationals Competition, and PACE Environmental Law Nationals Competition. Additionally, Ms. Hem was President of the Women's Law Caucus and received the National Association of Women Lawyers Award.  Ms. Hem is currently affiliated with the American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, Order of Barristers, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Asian American Bar Association, Dallas Women Lawyer Association, J.L. Turner Bar Association, and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

As a seasoned litigator, Ms. Hem is proud to serve the Cambodian community and is fluent in the Khmer language.
