Ms. Hem attended the University of Dallas as a Partners in Excellence Scholar and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Further studies led Ms. Hem to complete her education at the University of Tulsa College of Law. While completing her law degree, Ms. Hem was a member of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law, Board of Advocates, American Trial Lawyers Association Team, American Association of Justice, and American Bar Association.
Ms. Hem successfully competed in many law school competitions, including the Hager Torts Appellate Competition, ABA Negotiation Nationals Competition, and PACE Environmental Law Nationals Competition. Additionally, Ms. Hem was President of the Women's Law Caucus and received the National Association of Women Lawyers Award. Ms. Hem is currently affiliated with the American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, Order of Barristers, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Asian American Bar Association, Dallas Women Lawyer Association, J.L. Turner Bar Association, and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Date S. Chin was born in Long Beach, California and moved to Texas in 1995. This Texan has spent most of his collegiate and professional career in the DFW metroplex. The youngest of seven, Mr. Chin was raised just 15 minutes from Downtown Dallas and has seen locals struggle trying to navigate the legal sector. Determined to impact the community, Mr. Chin embarked on his dream in becoming a legal advocate. This collegiate journey eventually brought Mr. Chin to Mississippi where he met his beautiful wife, Lindsay, and his two precious dogs, Luna and Rosie.
Despite his departure, Mr. Chinis still a proud Texan. Mr. Chin graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Manga Cum Laude. He went on to get his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he participated as an advocate at the Mississippi Low-Income Tax Payer Clinic. He further honed his skills in law school by advocating for clients with the University of Mississippi School of Law Pro Bono Initiative and North Mississippi Rural Legal Services.
Mr. Chin now represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including family law, probate, and immigration. Mr. Chin's focus has shifted to representing client's in various litigious probate matters including will contests, guardianship, and estate planning. Mr. Chin acknowledges that litigation is high stress and often one of the most difficult times in a client’s life whether you're dealing with the end of a marital relationship or loss of a loved one. This is why he approaches every case with the compassion and personal attention that he would want in the same circumstances. After passing the Texas Bar in November 2018, Mr. Chin is finally able to represent those seeking guidance with their legal matters. Since Mr. Chin is fluent in Khmer, he is ready and eager to assist the Cambodian community.
